As a medical practice, we protect your health information under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). What We Collect
When you request an appointment
The appointment form asks for:
- Your first and last name, email address and phone number
- Your date of birth, if you choose to give it
- Whether you prefer an in-office or virtual visit, and whether you are a new or returning patient
- The language you are viewing the site in
Please do not include details about your medical history or symptoms in the form. We will discuss those with you directly.
When you visit the site
Like any website, ours receives basic technical information from your browser so it can show you the pages: your IP address, browser and device type, and the pages you request. Our hosting provider processes this to deliver the site and protect it from attacks and spam.
Cookies and tracking
We do not use advertising cookies, analytics tools or tracking pixels such as Google Analytics, Meta (Facebook) Pixel or TikTok Pixel. Your browser keeps a small note on your device so the appointment window does not keep reappearing after you have closed it or sent a request. You can clear it at any time in your browser settings.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for marketing without your permission.
Who Handles It
We use a small number of service providers to run the website. They handle your information only to provide their service to us:
- Cloudflare hosts the website, protects it from attacks, and runs the check that confirms an appointment request comes from a person rather than an automated program.
- Microsoft 365 delivers appointment requests by email to our office.
- Google Maps shows the map on our Our Office page, so your browser contacts Google when you open that page.
We may also share information when the law requires it, for example in response to a court order.
Links to Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, financing providers and our vitamin store take you to other websites. Their own privacy policies apply once you are there.
How We Protect It
The website uses encryption (HTTPS) for every page and for the appointment form. The website itself does not store appointment requests: each one is sent straight to our office by email and kept with our practice records. Only our staff can read them.
Children
This website is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. A parent or guardian should call us to request an appointment for a minor.
Your Choices
You can ask us to update or delete the contact details you sent through the website, or to stop contacting you, by calling or emailing us. Your rights over your medical records are described in our Notice of Privacy Practices.
Changes to This Policy
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new effective date.
